In the winter, outside pets are always looking for warm places to sleep.  It isn't necessary to spend a large amounts of money to give your outdoor friends a safe and warm place to curl up.  Below, you can see how easy it is to craft a home using things you might already have around the garage.

Styrofoam coolers, trash bags, and duct tape become warm huts for feral cats, outdoor creatures, and because they're disposable, they're easy to replace at the end of the season.  For extra insulation, you can place these inside plastic totes.
